Guidelines:
Flight reservations should be made and paid for by the individual. Up to £900 credit will be refunded upon receipt of The Flight booking. This allows the traveller to purchase a higher-priced ticket if they prefer.
Accommodation is for 5 nights only (Extra nights must be paid for by the individual). Single rooms will be reserved for each visitor and Double rooms will be reserved for visitors with partners.
※ Cancellation: No refund will be offered for a cancelled Flight or Hotel (In case of no-show, the flight & hotel payment must be paid by the individual)
Visas – If an invitation Letter, guarantee of identity, or any other documents are required in order to obtain the visa. Such documents may be requested from your dealer representative at least 2 weeks before the travel date.
