Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the Delivery Point.
The Buyer shall take delivery of the Goods within 7 days of the Company giving it notice that the Goods are ready for delivery.
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Save as is provided in condition 5, the Company shall not be liable for any loss caused by or resulting from any delay in the delivery of the Goods. No delay shall entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless such delay exceeds 100 days.
If for any reason the Buyer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery, or if the Company is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations, then:
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer (including for loss or damage caused by the Company’s negligence);
The Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and the Company may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).
The Buyer shall provide at the Delivery Point and at its own expense adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour for loading the Goods.
The Company may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. Each such instalment shall be invoiced and paid for separately.
Each instalment shall be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to an instalment shall entitle the Buyer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract or instalment.

We are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of Dentium products. Delivery will occur at the designated Delivery Point unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Buyer is expected to accept delivery within 7 days after being notified that the products are ready.
While specified delivery dates from the Company are estimates, we strive to deliver within a reasonable time frame. If no dates are specified, delivery will be prompt and efficient.
Except as provided in condition 5, we are not liable for delays unless they exceed 100 days. Such delays do not entitle the Buyer to terminate the contract.
If the Buyer cannot accept delivery when ready or fails to provide necessary documentation, then:
• Risk in the products transfers to the Buyer (including risks from the Company’s negligence).
• The products will be considered delivered, and the Company may store them at the Buyer’s expense (including storage and insurance costs).
The Buyer must also ensure the availability of adequate equipment and manual labor at the Delivery Point for unloading.
We may deliver products in separate instalments, each invoiced and payable separately. Each instalment is a separate contract, and cancelling one does not affect others.
